| Q: The first letter I type into a field is automatically capitalized. How do I fix that? |
BlackBerrys, amongst other mobile devices, are designed to automatically capitalize the first letter you enter into an input field. Your camera access information, however, is case sensitive.
Follow these steps to change the letter to lowercase on your Blackberry:

Type the first letter (which will be capitalized). |
| 2. |
Delete the letter you just entered. |
| 3. |
Type the letter again. (The second time you type the letter it will be in lowercase) |

The connection to your camera is probably not working for one the following reasons:

If you set up your webcam with a password, MobileCamStreamer will not be able to access the video. You will have to temporarily disable the password on your webcam. |

If your webcam is being used by another program, MobileCamStreamer will not be able to configure to your camera. Please close the application and try again. |

The settings dialog box text fields do not accept full-size keyboard entry at this time. Please use the numerical keyboard to enter letters and numbers "sms-style" for the time being.

On Windows XP:

The “About Windows” panel displays a variety of information, including which service pack is installed on your computer.

This error occurs when the APN is not set in your Blackberry.

Some mobile devices, including the Palm Treo, will not allow you to access data if you are in call mode.

Turn off your voice call before accessing the application, the easiest way to check is to open your palm's browser and see if you can access the Internet. |

This message occurs when your cell phone is not reaching the Internet through the MobileCamViewer application. There are three possible reasons for this:
